Call For Back Up explores the backstage look at the makings of a manufactured recording artist. It examines how the music industry has come to promote more products rather than true artistry. The main character, Strangelica, has to determine whether or not she's willing to pass up a lucratively successful career and fame for a chance at failing at who she truly is as an artist.
